Flinders Bioremediation Pty Ltd is an Australian based company with a strong commitment to providing innovative and cost-effective solutions for a cleaner environment.

We develop sustainable technologies that utilize nature’s own organisms and processes to clean up contaminated land using bioremediation, and to treat a wide range of organic waste streams. We continue to build strong industry links through our ability to offer tailored solutions that are relevant to ‘real world’ problems. With support from Government and industry, we also operate a substantial research and development program which complements our core capabilities and expertise.

The company was formed in 1999 out of a successful environmental biotechnology teaching and research program at Flinders University in South Australia. Through continued links with the University, we have access to a wide range of expertise and dedicated testing and analytical equipment, and jointly operate a unique pilot-scale bioremediation and composting research facility.
